Bancroft Clover has been working with our partners at Denver Water to complete a lead service line inventory for properties within the District. If the water main serving your property has been replaced within the last two years and we have not verified your service line’s material, you will be receiving a letter from us within the next month. We will be requesting an interior inspection of the service line where it enters your home or business to verify the pipe material. Appointments can be scheduled by calling the office or by email at support@bancroftclover.com. You are also able to take digital photographs of the service line and send them to us by email if you prefer. Photos can be sent to support@bancroftclover.com . When sending photos, please be sure to include your name and property address.
