Bancroft-Clover Water and Sanitation District provides treated water and sanitary sewer service to homes and businesses in portions of southeastern Lakewood and unincorporated Jefferson County.

The employees of Bancroft-Clover take pride in providing excellent customer service, state-of-the-art water meter reading with monthly customer billing, and impeccable water distribution and sewer collection systems maintenance to the over 65,000 people they serve.

Rebates and Conservation

Colorado has a semi-arid climate, and that makes water one of our most precious resources. It is essential to many of the things that make Colorado, and our community, a great place to live, work, and play.

Conservation is key to ensuring this precious resource is available to every Coloradan. A great way to conserve water is by replacing older, less efficient sprinkler heads and appliances with newer, more efficient models. You may even be eligible for a rebate on select purchases.

South Webster Street Main Replacement

In mid-September construction will begin on the S. Webster St. Water Main Replacement project. The project will replace approximately 1,500 feet of water main between W. Kentucky Ave. and W.
