Bancroft-Clover Water and Sanitation personnel are available 24 hours a day 365 days a year to assist with water and sewer emergencies.

If you are experiencing a water or sewer emergency and you are a Bancroft-Clover customer, call 303-922-1113.

During regular business hours, this will connect you with a customer service representative. If calling after hours, you will be connected with our 24-hour on-call technician. District staff can only respond to emergencies within the District as shown in the map below outlined in red, or involving District property.
