If you have an indoor meter and have not yet had your meter’s radio changed out, we need your help. Over time, the batteries powering the radios weaken and eventually stop working. When the radio stops working, our technicians are unable to read your meter with our drive-by system and we estimate your monthly bill. Estimated use can result in higher monthly bills based on past water use.
If you receive a letter from us regarding a meter radio change out, please call the office at 303-922-1113 to schedule an appointment. We offer appointments throughout the day and the work only takes about 15 minutes to complete. Please note that an adult over the age of eighteen must be present while the work is being completed
