With the implementation of our new customer billing system, Bancroft Clover is making changes to some of our business processes. These changes are intended to take advantage of workflow improvements in the new system. One of these changes is that beginning in Beginning in May 2022, Bancroft Clover will no longer be delivering door hangers to properties for past due charges. Delinquent accounts will continue to receive Past Due notices delivered by mail. The Past Due notice will include the amount past due and the deadline for payment.
