Bancroft Clover’s drought response strategy includes outdoor watering restrictions as the primary tool to reduce water use. Outdoor watering accounts for more than half of the District’s annual water use. Beginning on March 25, 2026, outdoor watering is restricted to no more than 2 days a week based on the following schedule:
Violations of the outdoor watering restrictions may include written violation notices, administrative fines of up to $1,000 per occurrence and the installation of a flow restrictor in the service line.
