NOTICE is hereby given that a proposed budget for 2026 will be submitted to the Bancroft-Clover Water and Sanitation District. The proposed budget and discussion of increasing fees and charges, including water and sanitary sewer utility rates will be considered at a regular meeting and public hearing of the Board of Directors of the Bancroft-Clover Water Sanitation District to be held on December 15, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. Information regarding public participation by telephone conference will be available at least 24 hours prior to the meeting and public hearing online at www.bancroftclover.com.
A copy of the proposed 2026 budget and 2025 budget amendment, if necessary, is on file in the office of the District at 900 South Wadsworth Boulevard, Lakewood, CO, 80226, where they are open for public inspection. Any elector within the District may at any time prior to the final adoption of the 2026 budget and amended 2025 budget, if necessary, inspect the budget and file or register any objections thereto.
