District personnel are available by phone 303-922-1113 and by email support@bancroftclover.com to assist you Monday – Friday 7:00 -a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

or in our dropbox at 900 S. Wadsworth Blvd.

 Please do not leave cash payments in the dropbox.

If you have a water or sewer emergency, call 303-922-1113 and press 4 to get the on-call technician.

 We know some of our customers are facing financial hardships due to COVID-19 and we are here to help provide solutions if you’re struggling to pay for your water and sewer service. If you are struggling to pay your bill, please contact us  at 303-922-1113 to discuss a payment arrangement. A payment arrangement spreads your balance due over several payments to maintain your service while you catch up.
