COVID 19 Update 3/17/2020 3:00pm

We are continuing to monitor state and national developments around the COVID 19 outbreak. In order to maintain continuity of service and support life and safety of our community Bancroft Clover will be making the following changes to our operations until at least March 31, 2020:


  • We are implementing staffing plans to ensure customer service representatives are available by phone and email during business hours M-F 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.


  • The administration building is closed to public walk in traffic. Payments maybe left in the drop box or taken electronically through our website


  • Field activities focused on repair and maintenance are still being performed. If you see our technicians working in the field, please allow them the space they need to safely accomplish their work.


We will not disconnect service or add late fees for delinquent payment until further notice. If you are having difficulty paying your bill, contact us to arrange a payment plan.
