Faced with steadily rising postage and materials costs, the District adopted a $1.50 / month fee for customers electing to receive paper statements. The fee will be effective February 1, 2026 and is intended to cover the cost of production and postage of paper bill statements.
The District will continue to offer electronic bill presentation at no charge. You can change your bill preference by logging into your Invoice Cloud portal account or calling the office at 303-922-1113 for assistance.
