NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to C.R.S. Section 32-1-1001(2), the Board of Directors of the Bancroft-Clover Water & Sanitation District (the “District”) may fix or increase fees, rates, tolls, penalties, or charges for domestic water or sanitary sewer services provided to the District’s residents and property owners within or outside the boundaries of the District. Such action is being considered by the Board of Directors of the District at a regular meeting of the Board scheduled for 5:00pm on Monday, April 20, 2026 at 900 South Wadsworth Boulevard, Lakewood, Colorado.
