Bancroft Clover is responsible for operating, maintaining and replacing water and sewer mains throughout its service area. Property owners are responsible for the water and sewer service line from the connection to the District main to their home or business. Property owners’ responsibility includes maintenance of their service line and ensuring their water meter is accessible and at the proper grade.
To help ensure safe reliable service, Bancroft Clover performs regularly scheduled maintenance on over 120 miles of water main and 115 miles of sewer main. This effort includes jet cleaning and video inspecting sewer lines and operating hydrants and valves.
