Using our portal allows you to change your bill preference, select or change your payment method and even schedule a payment date that is convenient for you. All these features are available 24 hours a day, all year round.
To help safeguard your financial information, portal payments are processed by Invoice Cloud, a PCI Level 1 provider. Payment methods accepted include e-check / EFT, Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, Google Pay. Electronic payments help us keep costs down by improving efficiency and saving processing time. To share those savings with our customers, Bancroft Clover will cover the processing fee for e-check / EFT payments made through the portal.
