At the meeting on December 12th, 2022, the Bancroft Clover Board adopted new Rates & Fees for 2023. After not raising rates in 2022, the Board elected to raise water rates approximately 2.3% and
sewer rates 5%, effective February 1, 2023. The rate increases match those passed on to the
District from our drinking water and wastewater processing partners.
The Board also approved increases to the returned check handling fee and hydrant water rates.
