At the meeting on December 15th, 2025, the Bancroft Clover Board adopted new Rates & Fees for 2026. The rates are designed to fund District operations and maintenance, and continue our sewer rehabilitation and meter replacement programs. In 2026 we will be lining 13,000 feet of sewer main and replacing 1,500 residential water meters.
The new rates take effect on February 1, 2026. A typical single-family residence will see sewer charges increase by $1.10 per month. Residential water charges will increase by $1.39 per month in the winter and $4.51 in the summer.
